Ingredients:
Finely chop the cabbage, scald with boiling water, put on a sieve, pour over with cold water. Then squeeze well and fry in butter or vegetable oil. Add boiled chopped eggs, salt and sugar to the cabbage.

- 3 tbsp. tablespoons of butter
