- 10 tbsp. spoons with a top of flour,
- 3 eggs,
- 1 liter of milk
- 3 tbsp. tablespoons of melted butter or vegetable,
- salt, sugar to taste.
Grind eggs with salt, sugar and flour, then gradually add milk, stirring constantly. Before baking pancakes, the pancake pan must be well heated, then greased and poured into the dough (most conveniently with a ladle). If the pancakes are thick, the dough should be thinned by adding a little milk to it. If the pancakes are stuffed, then they need to be fried only on one side. The filling is placed on the fried side of the pancake, the pancake is wrapped in an envelope and fried in a pan with butter on both sides. Pancakes can be prepared stuffed with cabbage, eggs with green onions (see above), cottage cheese.
