Ingredients:

- 400 g flour
- 2.5 glasses of yogurt or kefir,
- 1 egg,
- 1.5 tsp sugar
- a pinch of baking soda
- salt to taste
- vegetable oil for frying.
Put salt, sugar, soda, yogurt and a beaten egg into the flour. Stir everything and immediately bake in a frying pan preheated with oil, spreading the dough with a spoon dipped in water. Serve pancakes with sour cream, jam, honey.
