Ingredients:
- 1 glass of beer
- 200g. butter,
- 2 - 3 cups flour
- sugar to taste.
Knead a not very steep dough of flour, beer and softened butter. Put it in the refrigerator for 4 hours, wrapped in cellophane. Take out the cooled dough and let it rest for 15-20 minutes. Roll out the dough into a layer and cut into squares with a knife. Roll the squares in sugar and roll up in an envelope. Do not grease the baking sheet, put the envelopes on it and bake until cooked for 10 - 15 minutes.
