Yeast dough for whites:
- 2 glasses of water
- 2 - 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil,
- 1.5 tbsp. l sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs,
- 2 tsp dry yeast,
- flour.
For filling:
- 400 g of beef,
- 2 - 3 onions,
- 100 g of vegetable oil
- salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation:
Grind the meat (beef) in a food processor, mix with finely chopped onions, adding salt and pepper. Put a tablespoon of the filling in the middle of the prepared yeast dough cakes and pinch the edges of the dough in a circle, leaving a small hole in the center. Fry the whites in a preheated pan with oil, first on the open side, and then under the lid on the closed side. The whites are ready when fat boils in the hole in the center of the whites.
