Preparation:
Grind the meat (preferably fatty beef) in a food processor with onions, garlic and white bread soaked in water. Then drive eggs into the minced meat, salt and pepper and mix very well. If the minced meat is tough, add a little water in which the bread was soaked. To make the surface of the finished cutlets smooth, you need to form the cutlets with your hands soaked in cold water. Place the formed cutlets in a frying pan with hot oil. Once one side is browned, turn them over with a spatula and cover. The readiness of the cutlets is determined by lightly pressing on the cutlet, if a light, transparent juice emerges, you can finish the frying, if not, stir it again.
