- 500 g lamb brisket,
- 1 - 2 eggs
- bread crumbs and flour,
- salt, herbs, pepper to taste.
Preparation:
Wash the lamb brisket, cut the films along the ribs, put a whole piece in a saucepan, salt, pour hot water over to cover the surface and cook. When ready, remove the ribs from it, and refrigerate under a press so that the brisket is evened out. After that, cut obliquely into wide pieces, sprinkle with pepper, roll in flour, moisten in an egg, roll in breadcrumbs and fry in a frying pan preheated with oil.
Place the prepared brisket on a dish and sprinkle with finely chopped herbs. Serve fried potatoes or mashed potatoes as a side dish.
