- 250 g of beef
- 1 onion
- 1.5 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 0.5 tbsp. tablespoons of flour
- 3 tbsp. tablespoons of tomato juice or 1 tbsp. a spoonful of ketchup,
- salt,
- pepper to taste.
Preparation:
Finely chop the peeled onions and fry in oil. At the same time, wash the beef meat (pulp), remove the tendons, cut into thin slices, beat them off, and then finely cut into "strips". When the onions are fried, add the meat, sprinkled with salt and pepper, and fry for 5 - 6 minutes, stirring occasionally with a fork. Then sprinkle the meat with flour, stir and fry again for 2 - 3 minutes. After that, season with tomato juice or ketchup. Serve fried potatoes as a side dish. Sprinkle the meat and potatoes with finely chopped parsley and dill.
