- 600 g of beef,
- 2 eggs,
- 2 tbsp. spoons of water
- flour,
- vegetable oil,
- salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation:
Wash the meat (beef), peel and cut into thin slices across the fibers, it is possible with a rib bone. Beat off each slice on both sides. Sprinkle the beaten meat with salt and pepper, roll in flour, dip in eggs beaten with water and fry on both sides in boiling vegetable oil until golden brown (about 15-20 minutes). If the meat feels tough when piercing with a fork, you can put the chops in a thick-walled saucepan, add a little hot water and simmer until cooked.
