- 500 g of beef
- 2 onions
- 500 g potatoes
- mayonnaise, salt, garlic to taste.
Preparation:
Cut the meat (beef) into slices across the fibers, beat off, put on the bottom of a deep greased frying pan. Sprinkle with finely chopped garlic and onions so that the meat is completely covered with them. Cut raw potatoes into slices and put salt on a layer of onion. Top with mayonnaise, cover and bake in the oven until tender.
