Preparation:
Beef with bone, preferably brisket, add water, bring to a boil, remove noise and cook over low heat until tender (about 1.5 hours). At the same time, put sauerkraut in another pan, if the cabbage is very sour, then squeeze it first), add 1-1.5 cups of water, a little oil, cover the pan with a lid and simmer for about an hour. After that, pour the broth over the cabbage, put finely chopped onions and carrots, fried with tomato, and diced potatoes and cook until tender. Season with salt, bay leaf and pepper.
