Preparation:
Beef meat with bone, preferably brisket, pour cold water, put beans (you can pre-soak it for 2 hours). Bring to a boil, remove noise, add onion and carrots, reduce heat to a low boil and cook until tender. Put the diced potatoes 10 minutes before the end of cooking. Before the end of cooking, season with salt and add parsley and dill.
