Preparation:
Rinse the meat, cut into small pieces, add cold water and bring to a boil. Then remove the noise and reduce the heat. Add peeled onions and carrots, cook until the meat is half cooked, then add diced potatoes and washed rice (when making noodles soup, put the vermicelli 5 - 7 minutes after the potatoes). Before the end of cooking, add salt and parsley and dill.
