- 1 chicken
- 30 g vegetable oil
- salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation:
Gut the chicken carcass, rinse, cut the breast lengthwise, unfold along the cut. Beat well without damaging the skin so that the carcass takes a flat shape. Season with salt and pepper and put in a frying pan with heated oil. Put a lid or a flat plate on top of the chicken, on which place a weight of 2 - 3 kg. Fry until golden brown, first on one side and then on the other side (also under load). Cooking time approx. 30 min. Serve fried potatoes and some green peas as a garnish.
