Rinse the duck, rub inside and out with salt, pepper, garlic. Prepare the filling - peel the apples of seeds, cut into slices. You can add washed prunes. Stuff the duck, sew up the hole in the abdomen with a strong thread. In this form, put it on a baking sheet with the back down, pour in a little water, put in a cold oven so that the heat rises gradually. Fry for 2 - 3 hours, sprinkling with liquid often from a baking sheet. When the duck is fried, sprinkle it with cold water (the crust will crunch better) and remove from the oven.
