- pepper, vinegar to taste.
Preparation:
Lightly salted or soaked in water herring is cleaned of skin and bones, milled in a combine, add the pulp of a roll soaked in water, peeled raw apples and pass it through a blender a second time. Hard-boiled eggs are divided into two parts, the whites are separated from the yolks. Rub the yolks with vinegar, chop the whites and mix with herring, add pepper, mix. Decorate with herbs, circles of hard-boiled eggs and sprinkle with green onions.
