Ingredients:

- 400 g cabbage
- 100 g prunes
- 50 g carrots
- 1 lemon
- sugar.
Cut fresh cabbage into strips, sprinkle with sugar, rub until juice appears. From the pre-soaked prunes, remove the seeds, cut into pieces. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Combine cabbage, carrots and prunes, mix, add lemon juice.
