Ingredients:
Cream
Beat sour cream with sugar, add crushed nuts, strawberries or jam.

- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of honey
- 1 cup of sugar,
- 1 egg,
- 50 g butter
- 3 tbsp. spoons of milk
- 0.5 tsp of baking soda,
- 2 cups of flour.
Pour everything except flour and soda into a bowl and mix well. Pour water into a large saucepan, put on fire, after boiling water, put a bowl in it. When all the products are dissolved, remove the bowl from the heat, add soda, slaked with vinegar. Add flour, knead the dough, put in the cold. Divide the dough into 5 - 6 pieces, roll out the cakes. Bake until light brown. After cooling, coat with cream and leave for several hours at room temperature.
