- Beef liver 1 kg,

- 2 eggs,
- 1 onion
- Salt,

- For filling:
- 2-3 onions,
- 2-3 carrots,
- 150 g mayonnaise.
Preparation
Pass the above products through the combine and bake the cakes from the resulting mass. The shape should be round, pre-oiled with vegetable oil. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes. or in a skillet under the lid, fry on both sides.
After cooling the baked cakes, coat with finely chopped onions with carrots fried in vegetable oil and mayonnaise. The top cake can be garnished with mayonnaise with finely chopped herbs.
